Claudia was the standout host - her accommodating nature was particularly comforting when our flight was delayed and we arrived a day late. Despite the hiccup with our lost luggage, she ensured a seamless experience at the hotel. The location offered breathtaking views of the lake with picturesque volcanoes framing the horizon, perfect for those quiet moments of reflection. I found the accommodations to be more than suitable, featuring all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to keep up with my freelance work while soaking in the beauty around me. Safety was a priority at the property, which I truly appreciated during my stay. Even with my limited Spanish, the staff's warm welcome made navigating feel easy. I highly recommend this beautiful spot for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the local culture. I can't wait to return and explore more!
